I started the ‘Back Road Hero’ YouTube channel in 2021 as a way of sharing my automotive journeys, both in car ownership and escapades. I’m here to review and chat to others about the vehicles in their lives that make them feel special. Those cars and bikes that you prefer to take out for those special moments on the twisty back roads. We all have a back road hero. That one vehicle that tempts us away from the highway onto the back roads. As well as being a 'content creator', I'm a true petrol head, petrol nerd, occasional racing driver, and Airline Captain. After family, my life revolves around meeting like minded people and restoring, driving, buying and selling cars. Life's too short to drive something boring.
